We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of appointments
• Increased revenue or profit
• A particular conversion rate
• A specific return on investment
• That every lead will become a customer
Business results depend on many factors outside NextStep Reach's control.
3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATION
NextStep Reach may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with communications, scheduling, lead qualification, follow-up, and other business functions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the information, rules, FAQs, pricing, policies, services, and instructions supplied to the AI system.
NextStep Reach does not authorize AI systems to intentionally invent pricing, warranties, guarantees, services, availability, or other business information that has not been approved.
When appropriate, automated systems may transfer, escalate, or route a request to a person.

Customers using NextStep Reach services are responsible for providing accurate and current information about their business, including:

• Calendar availability

Customers are responsible for notifying NextStep Reach when this information changes.
5. PHONE, SMS, EMAIL, AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES
NextStep Reach services may use phone calls, SMS/text messages, email, or other communication channels.
Use of these services may be subject to:

Customers are responsible for using communication services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, consent requirements, and carrier policies.
6. TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT
When a person voluntarily opts in to receive text messages, messages may include appointment information, inquiry follow-up, service communications, and other messages the person agreed to receive.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing services.

These third-party services may experience outages, delays, policy changes, pricing changes, or other issues outside NextStep Reach's control.
NextStep Reach is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by third-party providers.
9. FEES AND BILLING
Pricing for NextStep Reach services may be provided during a demonstration, proposal, invoice, checkout process, or separate service agreement.

Applicable charges will be disclosed according to the customer's service arrangement.
A customer's specific pricing, billing schedule, cancellation terms, and included services are governed by the customer's signed agreement, invoice, checkout terms, or other written service arrangement.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NextStep Reach name, branding, website content, service descriptions, workflows, designs, systems, and other original materials are owned by NextStep Reach or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit NextStep Reach materials without written permission.
Customers retain ownership of their own business information, customer information, branding, and materials supplied to NextStep Reach.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use NextStep Reach services to:
• Send unlawful spam
• Harass or threaten others
• Impersonate another person or business
• Commit fraud
• Collect information unlawfully
• Violate privacy rights
• Send illegal or prohibited content
• Circumvent carrier or platform requirements
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Any additional liability terms applicable to paying customers may be stated in the customer's separate service agreement.
